ScomsEats is pickup only. You order ahead online and collect your order in-store when it’s ready — so you skip the queue and your food is fresh.
Your order is prepared fresh after you pay. Ordering ahead means it’s typically ready by the time you arrive at the store — no waiting in line.
You can pay securely online at checkout. We only store the card type and last 4 digits — never your full card details.
Refunds and cancellations follow our refund policy. If there’s a problem with your order, reach out and our team will help sort it out.
